Princesshay will have palm trees too
A beach bar is set to open ahead of the next bank holiday, ahead of a season of sun, sand and shopping in Exeter (although the sun can't be guaranteed).
Princesshay is bringing a pop-up Mojito beach bar to the city centre, complete with real sand, thatched umbrellas, cocktails and mocktails, palm trees, live music and table tennis/
Each week, throughout the summer, a changing selection of local street food vendors will join the party offering.
Michelle Menezes, Princesshay centre manager, says: “International getaways might be off the cards this summer, so we’ve decided to create a holiday vibe in the heart of Exeter! Friends and families can relax at our beach bar, enjoy delicious cocktails and live music in the Hawaiian atmosphere.”
