Two men may be able to help with enquiries
An inflatable boat and engine worth around £2,800 were taken from Torquay Harbour then were later recovered in Brixham but had been damaged beyond repair.
The incident reportedly happend at around 4.30am on Friday 20 June.
Devon and Cornwall Police who are investugating the alleged theft would like to identify the men pictured as they believe they may be able to assist with their enquiries.
If the public know who the men are, they are being urged to call 101.
