Family of man informed
A body has been found in the search for a man who went missing from an Exmouth hotel last week without checking out.
Staff reported the disappearance to police after the guest failed to reappear despite not checking out or taking his belongings.
He was known to them only as P Morgan.
Police say a man found has been found dead in the Bristol area on the same day he was reported missing.
His death is not being treated as suspicious, and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
Although tormal identification has yet to take place, the family of P Morgan have been made aware.
