Cyclist exposes himself near Knowle
A woman walking along a disused railway line at Knowle, near Budleigh Salterton, has been subjected to an indecent exposure by a cyclist.
The scenic area, abandoned by the railway in the 1960s, is now a popular walking and cycling route. On Monday morning, some time between 9 and 10, a man thought to be in his early 20s and riding a dark mountain bike, exposed himself to a passer-by.
Police would like to hear from anyone who may have been in the area at the time and have bike camera or mobile phone footage that could help them identify the suspect.
He's white, of muscular build, with brown hair which has a sweeping fringe. He was wearing a white t-shirt, black shorts and trainers.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 101 or via email 101@dc.police.uk quoting crime reference 043554/20.
