Stray moggy becomes family mascot
A stray cat that wandered into Stagecoach Southwest's bus depot has become a beloved mascot for the engineering team.
Frank first showed up at the depot in April last year as a shy, frail stray, keeping his distance from everyone, but thanks to the patience and care of the engineering team, he's become a much-loved companion and now holds the unofficial title of "Spray Stop Shop Mascot."
He's become a favourite at the depot, demanding breakfast at 5:30 AM, napping in sunbeams, and boosting morale as an honorary "Employee of the Month."
This special moggy is practically a third team member, spending his days napping, following his friends around, and sunbathing in sunbeams.
He even brings them "gifts" from the woods sometimes - including one very large slow worm!
Frank had a bit of a rough patch last year, dislocating his hip, which made catching him for treatment a bit of a challenge. One of the engineering team members even chose to fund his treatment rather than risk losing him.
If you ever find yourself at the depot, keep an eye out for Frank – he loves belly rubs and treats!
