A Devon landowner is hitting out at people, who fly tip on his land.
Ralph Rayner, who lives at Ashcombe, near Exeter, says he's currently suffering from an epidemic of waste being dumped.
He believes people are ruining the beautiful countryside that tourists come here to see and is blaming Devon county council for the problems after they introduced charges for waste.
