An organisation representing rural property-owners and businesses in Devon has outlined its election wish-list.
The Country Land and Business Association says it's vital that whoever wins power moves forward with the project to upgrade the A303. The CLA says it's been campaigning for high speed broadband and better mobile phone coverage across the south west for 10 years....and it wants improvements.
