Police have stopped a car on its way into Devon with £20,000 of drugs on board.
A 28-year-old man from Blackpool was stopped on the M5 on Friday evening, between junction 28 and 29.
Police said he was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs, including heroin.

They say he was also arrested "on suspicion of driving without insurance and driving other than in accordance with a license”.
It’s believed the drugs were set to be sold in South Devon.
The man was later released under investigation pending further enquiries.
