Substance poured on engine to cause fault
Police have launched an investigation after vehicles were damaged in the hope they could be purchased cheaper.
They were listed for sale online, test driven and when the owner was distracted, diliberately damaged.
One incident involved a subtance being poured into the engine to make it look like there was a fault.
In January, a vehicle was damaged in Dawlish.
Officers believe the two men pictured could help with their enquiries.
