It happened in the early hours
Fire crews from Axminster and Colyton were called to the collision at Studhayes Cross at 2.36am.
It involved 2 vehicles and 1 person was trapped.
Crews say they had to cut the roof of the car to get the casualty out.
They were left in the care of paramedics.
