Two crashes; one said to be 'serious'
Police have described a crash on the A38 this morning as serious.
A lorry overturned between the Chudleigh/ Kingsteington turn off and Haldon Hill coming towards Exeter - and straddled the central reservation.
On the other side of the road between Splatford Split and Exeter Racecourse there was another accident, closing the road there for a while.
The eastbound carriageway is now open again.
