Hundreds of people across Devon are facing dangerous levels of fuel poverty... as another cold winter approaches. .
And two charities have joined forces to help those at risk of serious health problems, because they can't afford to heat their homes.
The Devon Community Foundation and Citizens Advice Bureau are appealing for people who don't need some or all of their winter fuel payments, to donate the money.
The Foundation will collect the donations and the cash will be distributed by the county's network of CABs.
