There'll be hot competition in Exeter this morning in the battle to win Curry Chef of the Year.
Ten competitors from Exeter and Teignbridge will have just one hour to prepare and serve a curry and two side dishes, in front of a panel of judges.
One winner from Exeter and one from Teignbridge will be chosen... and they'll take part in a cook-off at the South West Festival of Food and Drink.
