Exeter's City Centre Manager is to leave the job - after a funding shortfall forced the dissolution of the City Centre Management Partnership.
John Harvey's role is being axed and he will leave at the end of March.
Exeter city council says the county council withdrew their 20 thousand pounds a year contribution to the Partnership - and it can't afford to continue funding the city centre manager's job.
