Devon and Cornwall's Police and Crime Commissioner has released his blueprint for the future of the force, and is asking the public for their views.
Tony Hogg's policing plan - available on his website and on request from his office - focuses on preventing and reducing crime, listening to the public and giving victims more say in how offenders are dealt with.
It's based on feedback from Community Safety Partnerships who passed on their priorities - these include tackling anti-social behaviour, domestic violence and alcohol-related crime.
