Residents of Cullompton are being invited to help choose the design and layout of a major new development. It could include up to a thousand new homes as well as business units and a new primary school.
The land to be developed lies north-west of Cullompton and is designated for housing and employment use in the district's local plan.
There could be around 700 homes or more than a thousand ... more housing would enable the developers to provide more community facilities and infrastructure.
Pitches for gypsies and travellers are also being considered.
There are two options for the employment space - it could either all be provided near Millennium Way, or split into separate sites.
Local people are encouraged to give their views - the consultation ends on October 12th.
