Protesters will be targeting County Hall in Exeter this afternoon - as councillors meet to discuss controversial cuts to public services they say are forced on them by inadequate Government funding.
They're meeting to set the coming year's budget this afternoon.
Among the plans are the closure of 26 day centres used by elderly people, including some in Exmouth, Exeter and Crediton.
There are also plans to stop funding youth centres, although councillors say most will be taken over by voluntary groups.
