It's claimed that the controversial project to relocate East Devon district council's headquarters is increasingly 'shrouded in secrecy' - with decisions being made in behind-closed-doors meetings.
Concerns have already been raised that the cost of the relocation is spiralling, and that large amounts of taxpayers' money is being committed to it.
Now the local councillor for Ottery St Mary Rural, Claire Wright, has submitted a Freedom of Information request for the reports and minutes of the relevant meetings to be published, with any commercially sensitive information blanked out.
