People in Crediton, Ottery St Mary and Axminster are being called on to oppose the NHS's plans to stop providing inpatient beds at their local hospitals.
A 12 week public consultation is underway after the proposals were announced earlier this week.
The hospital at Ottery is also to lose its minor injuries unit - leading to concerns that it'll eventually be closed down.
Local councillor Claire Wright hopes residents will come out in force to fight the cutbacks.
