There's likely to be heated debate this evening as East Devon councillors discuss the latest development in the local authority's controversial relocation plans.
The proposal to move forward with the plan to relocate some staff to Exmouth and some to Honiton goes before the full council.
But some councillors are putting forward an amendment asking for the project to be put on hold.
They say the council plans to spend 10 million pounds on the two relocation sites - and too much money has already been wasted on the long-running project.
