A Crediton man has won a million pounds on the Euro Lottery.
He was the single UK Millionaire Maker Euro Lottery prizewinner for the draw on Tuesday, February 2.
But he carried his winning ticket around for two weeks before getting it checked yesterday at Evans Newsagents, who sold it to him.
The shop’s manager isn't giving out the lucky man's name - but says he's well-known in the town and that it couldn't happen to a nicer person.
