Fire crews in North Devon have tackled a blaze at a derelict block of flats in Westward Ho!
All people have now been accounted for at the incident on Atlantic Way. Emergency services were alerted just after 4.30am.
Fire officers confirmed the ground and first floor was heavily involved in the fire.
In an update this morning it was confirmed that good progress is being made damping down the building.
