It happened in the hamlet of Netherexe, near Exeter
A man is in hospital with life-threatening injuries after a crash near Exeter yesterday afternoon [2 August].
It happened in a country lane in the hamlet of Netherexe just before 5pm, where the male cyclist collided with a vehicle.
He was then airlifted to hospital, whilst the driver of the vehicle was uninjured.
The road was closed to allow a full and thorough investigation by Collison investigators.
Police say enquiries are ongoing and ask anyone who may have witnessed the incident to call 101, quoting the incident 700 of 02/08/19.
