Adoption organisations in Devon have formed a new partnership to make it easier to adopt a child.
The partnership includes local authorities and the charities Barnado's and Families for Children.
Adopt South West have launched an advertising campaign emphasising that anyone over 21 can adopt.
The patron is the Exeter based celebrity chef Michael Caines who was himself adopted as a child.
