Bicton Collge has been nominated for two British Floristry Awards
The awards, now in their 7thyear, celebrate the very best of the UK’s floristry sector and Bicton has been shortlisted in the category of Floristry Training Provider of the Year.
The award focuses on the excellent delivery of City & Guilds, NCFE and Apprenticeships qualifications recognised by the industry. In addition, Bicton’s Denise Cross has been nominated for Floristry Tutor of the Year and the shop she also runs, County Flowers in Taunton, is up for Retail Shop of the Year.
Carol Cuthbert, Team Lead for Floristry and Horticulture at Bicton, said: “Everyone is delighted to be nominated in two categories recognising the outstanding commitment of the team. It is excellent recognition of the outstanding work and achievements of the whole team, and of course Denise.”
