Brentor bovine was under barn
A Devon cow's recovering this morning after being rescued by fire crews from a slurry pit.
She became trapped under a barn in Brenton on West Dartmoor.
The building's floor had to be removed to get her out. Two fire appliances from Tavistock and specialist rescue teams from Camels Head were mobilised.
The Brentor bovine was handed over to the farmer after the scene was made safe.
