He's due in court today
A serving Devon and Cornwall police officer is due at Exeter Magistrates' Court today [Saturday 13 September].
31-year-old PC James Stillman, from Bideford has been charged with sexual assualt on a female and two counts of misconduct in a public office.
He was suspended from the force this week, following his arrest.
