Devon's Trading Standards are warning that some Christmas lights, being sold via the internet, could be extremely dangerous.
One set of lights handed in to them was bought from the website of a local supplier, but in fact they came from the Far East.
The string of lights was attached to a flimsy plastic case with live electrical connectors inside... and part of the casing was easily dislodged.
