A survey's been launched to find out if people in Devon would be willing to pay more for extra police on the street.
Devon and Cornwall's police and crime commissioner wants to know if residents would be happy with a hike in council tax to pay for more front line officers.
Alison Hernadez said she is already committed to increasing numbers by 100 by 2020. She has now launched a new survey to find out if bill payers would be happy with a £12 hike this year for more officers to patrol the streets.
