The ban in Teignbridge started a month ago.
On May 1st, dog bans start on a number of beaches in Devon.
In Torbay and the South Hams the ban stays in place until 30th September.
Here's a list of where you can't walk your dog for the next 5 months.

Goodrington Sands - South Sands: between the cliffs at the southern end and the signs at Middlestone to the North

Meadfoot Beach - South western part between notices displayed on the foreshore
Oddicombe Beach

Preston Sands
Shoalstone Pool
Torre Abbey Sands
SOUTH HAMS:
Salcombe - South Sands
Hope Cove - Mouthwell Sands
Challaborough
Wembury
Bigbury
Bantham
The following privately owned beaches in the South Hams also adopt a seasonal NO DOGS policy:
Blackpool Sands (from 2 weeks before Easter until after the October half term)
