Two people have been arrested after more than forty thousand pounds worth of drugs were found in a car in East Devon.
Officers discovered crack cocaine and heroin after a stop check on a vehicle on the A 30 in the early hours of yesterday morning.
A teenager and a woman in her 20's are in police custody.
