The head of a repeatedly-flooded school in East Devon says Government money is urgently needed to relocate it to another site.
Tipton St John primary was flooded again on Wednesday last week and yesterday local pupils and local residents joined firefighters to clear the water so that it could open this morning.
The school has been refused money from the Government's priority school building programme and even if successful next time, the project could take years.
