An East Devon woman has survived the earthquake and avalanches on Mount Everest.
Twenty two year old Annie Tinsley, from Budleigh Salterton, was on the trip of a lifetime in Nepal at the time. The former Exmouth Community College student has posted a selfie photo online to prove she's safe.
She's now descended from the mountain and is stuck in the town of Lukla in North Eastern Nepal waiting for a flight to Kathmandu.
