The female pedestrian sustained a head injury
An elderly pedestrian has been taken to hospital after she was hit by a van in Brixham this morning [28 November].
Emergency services were called to Fore Street just after 10.30am.
The woman sustained a head injury, which police say is not life-threatening. They added that the "severity was not known".
Fore Street was closed for just under three hours due to the incident.
