Exeter airport has been ranked among the best in the UK for customer service.
The consumer organisation Which surveyed seven thousand people on their satisfaction with 35 airports, and Exeter came out among the eight top scorers.
There was particular praise for the check-in and baggage reclaim services - which often came in for criticism at the larger airports.
