The closure of Exeter bus station looks set to be postponed.
It was due to shut at the end of this month in preparation for a new one to be built - but the leader of the city council says he's now recommending that it should stay open until early next year.
Pete Edwards says this means the closure period will be shorter with less inconvenience to passengers.
Councillors will be asked to support the postponement at a meeting on Thursday.
