An Exeter man's due in court later this month accused of assaulting a five year old boy in a children's playground.
37 year old Abdul Navaei of Polsloe Road was arrested after an alleged incident at a play area in Paignton, near the Flagship pub on the Esplanade.
He's due before Torquay magistrates on the 30th to face a charge of common assault.
