A fictional film depicting the dark side of Morris dancers - made by an Exeter man - is getting its online premiere today.
Hell's Bells has a local cast and crew and was filmed in locations including Poltimore House.
Its director Luke Jeffery was inspired by the rather unusual traditions and rituals of Morris dancing, which some people find amusing, but could also be interpreted as the trappings of a secret society with its own dark agenda.
The short film has been screened at festivals across the country and is released online today to coincide with May Day celebrations - which often feature Morris dancing.
