Scientists have confirmed that Montgomery primary is zero-carbon and among the top ten per cent of the most energy-efficient schools in the UK.
The purpose-built school was designed to be super-green, generating its own electricity from solar panels and using special insulation to keep it warm in winter and cool in summer.
