It's part of a wider project looking at all types of brain injury.
Researchers have scanned the brains of the players before and after a season, and are studying the Chiefs' own video footage of on-pitch incidents in which players were concussed.
Exeter University and Exeter Chiefs work together to develop better understanding of concussion.
