YMCA Exeter has been awarded a grant of over £300,000.
The National Lottery 'Big Lottery Fund' has provided the cash, which will secure the future of their 'Community Job Clubs' scheme.
The programme supports local, disadvantaged people in finding work and preparing for interviews.
