It's in force from 2100 today
Travel disruption is expected later as Storm Helene reaches the UK.
The Met Office says it will move northeastwards across the British Isles later today and early tomorrow.
It's now put back the original warning from 6 pm to 9pm.
Winds are likely to gust into the 40s or low 50s mph quite widely across the warning area - which includes Devon.
