A fire which destroyed a bungalow in Exmouth last night is being treated as arson.
The blaze broke out at number 18 Kay Close at around 8pm and spread to 3 other neighbouring properties - which were also damaged.
The resident of the bungalow wasn't at home at the time - and no-one was injured.
Police believe the fire was started deliberately and are investigating the circumstances - they'd like to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area.
