There are calls for Exmouth residents to have more time to give feedback on plans for the redevelopment of the seafront... as some local councillors fear it would destroy the town's character and charm.
The town council have asked East Devon district council to extend the consultation period, as more details emerge of the possible development.
Some councillors are concerned about the possibility of a large hotel being built - along with the potential loss of the Fun Park and Harbour View cafe.
