Two planning applications linked to the regeneration of Exmouth have been approved this week.
East Devon councillors gave the green light to improvements to Mamhead slipway, which will boost the visitor economy by attracting more boat users.
They also approved a new building for the Exmouth Sea Cadets on Camperdown Terrace - which will kick-start the revitalisation of the Camperdown Creek area.
