Exmouth is planning a 'pride' event to celebrate diversity and equal opportunities in the town.
It's centred around the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities.
There'll be a party in the park in June next year and fundraising events are already taking place.
Exmouth's former mayor John Humphries and his partner became the first same-sex couple in Devon to marry when it became legal in April. Mr Humphries is one of the founders of the event.
