Police in Exeter are preparing for a special operation on Halloween night - to tackle trick-or-treaters whose activities deteriorate into anti-social behaviour.
They're warning that throwing eggs and flour at houses and cars is criminal damage and anyone caught doing it will be dealt with accordingly.
Extra patrols will be out and officers say anyone vandalising property or intimidating occupants will be dealt with 'robustly'
