An Exeter family whose rowdy and aggressive behaviour sparked more than 40 police call-outs in just four months are being evicted from their home.
Police have successfully applied for an anti-social behaviour closure order for the council house in Geneva Court in Wonford, occupied by Hazel and Anthony Williams and Hazel's son Stuart Lee.
There had already been problems of late-night noise and disturbance when Lee lived there alone, but when his mother and stepfather moved in four months ago the levels of anti-social behaviour escalated, with drunken arguments and assaults, loud music, banging doors, screaming and shouting.
Police say the order bans anyone from entering the property and they'll be enforcing it with patrols.
