Wooden classroom destroyed
A fire at King Edward VI Community College at Totnes has severely damaged a wooden building being used a classroom.
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue were called around 6.45 p.m. on Friday to reports of a building in the grounds of the school being well alight.
Crews from the town were joined by ones from Paignton and Torquay. The building was showing signs of collapse by the time they arrived. The fire was put out and hot spots damped down.
No one is reported injured or to have been on the scene at the time. A cause of the fire hasn't yet been revealed.
