A house in Tiverton has been deliberately set on fire.
Fire crews from the town - joined by others from Bampton and Cullompton - went to a ground floor flat in West Exe South just before 11 last night - but a blaze in a kitchen was already out when they arrived.
They ventilated the property and - as it's thought the fire was started deliberately - left the incident in the hands of police.
